Born in Venezuela and living in Spain, this Latina is one of the most acclaimed actresses of her generation in the adult industry. She always wanted to study media, she was very interested in filmmaking but in the city where she lived there was nothing to train in that world, so she started with graphic design. Then she realized that it wasn't her thing, she couldn't even finish it. She went to another city to study Social Communication, which is like journalism but in the seventh semester you can specialize in media, which is more like television, movies and so more. During her first two years of studies something very dramatic happened in her life that made her need to be with her mother, she left her studies and returned to her family. That moment - she lost a very important family member - was also very introspective and she reconnected with herself. She said "I'm going to go for what I want" and went to another city specifically to study film. She was studying at the International Film School in Caracas but she didn't finish either because she literally fled Venezuela with the idea that she was losing her best years of life in a place where a lot of historical events were happening. So she left there without any university degree but with a lot of motivation and a lot of desire to get ahead. She got bored of web-cam and started making videos for ManyVids. Ariana moved to Madrid, capital of Spain, where she still lives in 2022. The Covid arrived and she found herself locked up at home; being alone doesn't make her happy, she needs to interact with other people and one of the ways to meet more people is in the adult industry, to connect, relate, network, was making adult scenes. In fact, her fans were always asking her, "When are you going to do adult films?" They wanted to see her in bigger productions. She told them via Instagram "If you guys want me to do something, write to Julia Grandi who is the director of Vixen Media in Europe" and the same day they went and commented, Julia Grandi wrote to her "Hi how are you? I really like your look, I would love to shoot with you. I'm in Ibiza. And coincidentally she was also in Ibiza. The following week she went and filmed her first two important scenes, which were for Vixen and Blacked. Those two scenes were a hit and she had an amazing time. She had no idea how adult films were shot at the time, she had an idea but it's quite different from what people think. She realized that it literally is a movie production, there's sex choreography basically, intimacy choreography, there's a very big crew, at least for Vixen Media. There's a lot of assistants, everybody takes great care of you, there's STD test checks, there's discussion of boundaries and things you don't want to do. There's a lot of direction. What's more, she was surprised that while she was having the sex scene she was getting directions along the lines of "Now finish. Orgasm. Fireworks." All very directed "Stick your neck up. Stick your shoulder out." She felt like she was literally doing a live painting of sex, and she said "Wow, this is amazing." Amateur content is much more spontaneous and natural, whereas mainstream adult film is very premeditated, unless it's something gonzo, and yet those things are very clearly spoken. Well, people who are professional because there are also people who are not professional at all. It depends for each person because there are also women who are more spontaneous, they are super successful and you see that they already have an experience that allows them to do things without so much direction, but when you are starting out you really appreciate that kind of detail. It makes everything feel very safe and very professional.
