Aurélie Dessain (born 24 October 1996) is a Belgian-French actress. In 2016 she graduated from a Bachelor degree in Information & Communication after 3 years of studies both in French and English at Université Saint-Louis in Brussels, Belgium. She then started a Master Degree in Cultural Studies at Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) from which she graduated in 2017. Her thesis focused on the specifics of acting, filming and production implied by sequence shots. At the same time, she started to study acting at Cours Florent (Brussels) from which she graduated three years later, in June 2019. Holder of the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (Council of Europe Level C1) since 2013, Aurélie Dessain is a bilingual English / French actress. After her studies, Aurélie Dessain embarked on a solo backpacking trip of almost a year for a tour of Asia. She returned to Belgium in summer 2020 and began to act in several Belgian production short films. She also became a distribution intern in the production house "Les Films de la Récré" (Brussels), where she worked as a production assistant on the film "Le Divorce de mes Marrants" directed by Romy Trajman and Anaïs Straumann-Levy.
