Tracy A. Pearson

Located in Los Angeles, Tracy is the host of the podcast "The Devil is in the Details." Tracy is a conversational, engaging, friendly, and trustworthy host, commentator, and analyst. Not only is she knowledgeable about civil and criminal law, but she has conducted complex investigations for almost 20 years. For a decade, Tracy has earned recognition as a nationally certified child welfare law specialist, establishing expert-level competency. She is also an experienced mediator, helping to solve high-conflict problems for ten years. Tracy is a life-long learner. Because one doctorate wasn't enough, Tracy will complete her second doctorate, in Organizational Change and Leadership, in the summer of 2021. She can discuss accountability, leadership, diversity, and organization change processes. Her current research is focused on implicit bias in investigations, and her study is a first of its kind examination. She has conducted extensive research on bullying (moral harassment). Tracy attended the NYU Television and Film Essentials program.
