Rachel Ling Gordon is a 10-year-old Asian (Singapore) American Actor, Singer and VO Artist from New York. She played Cindy Lou Who in the Broadway National Tour of How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Rachel is also a Piano Soloist (First Place Winner) at Carnegie Hall, a Seasoned Runway Model at New York Fashion Week and an Emerging Magician on Magical Women Series. She was diagnosed at 2.5 years old with Selective Mutism - An anxiety disorder that prevented her from speaking up for years in the classroom and in public. Through her hard work and love for performing, Rachel went from being mute to performing at prestigious venues including Radio City Music Hall, The Fox Theater, Carnegie Hall, Smith Center & more. She appears on film and TV, print and commercials. She voiced commercials for Polly Pocket, Simply Piano, Simply Guitar and Noggin Holiday TV Spot for Nickelodeon. She is a Guest Star (Figgy) on Gabby Dollhouse with DreamWorks Animation. Rachel currently plays Mary Quite Contrary, a recurring lead character at Mother Goose Club (PBS, Netflix & YouTube). Having overcame childhood anxiety, Rachel is now a proud Ambassador for Selective Mutism Association. She hopes to use her newly found voice and talents to inspire others!
