Rafaël Beauchamp

During his studies at UQAM, Rafaël directs La Crise, a short film selected in many internationals festivals. His first documentary short, Beyond the Void, notably wins the ARRQ's grant for best director of his cohort, as well as travelling around the globe. Right out of university, his script for the short film Les battues wins the 2021 edition of the creative lab Cours écrire ton court. After having won the Bourse de l'Académie pour la relève in 2021, he now works at Telescope Films, as well as working on a webserie, as well as developing a new short film as well as his first feature film.
