Will Orr became General Manager of Times Newspapers Ltd in 2020, with responsibility for the financial performance of The Times and The Sunday Times, and for it's long-term, cross-platform growth. He has a strong track record in large, subscription-led, customer centric businesses. Most recently, as Managing Director at the RAC, he returned the business to material customer growth after a sustained period of decline. Prior to that, he worked at British Gas in a number of roles - Chief Marketing Office, Commercial Director and Divisional Managing Director. Will began his career in advertising with BBH, Mother, and WCRS (Engine) where he was CEO. He is a Fellow of the Marketing Society and has an MBA from Imperial College.
