Simone's true vocation is the bushcraft, the set of knowledge and techniques suitable for living in a natural environment, exploiting its resources without the use of technology. He loves wild nature, practices trekking and he often leaves alone, backpacking, venturing into extreme wild conditions with minimalist equipment. He is able to create an emergency shelter, light a fire, orient himself in the natural environment without instrumentation, send improvised emergency messages. The Italian wooded and mountain territory holds no secrets for him.
