Mertcan Arslantas

Mertcan Arslantas (1998,Sivas) is one of the promising new generation Turkish directors who is known for his own unique style of Videoart. After receiving law degree from Marmara University he founded Art Law Institute with lawyer friends. He had been writing short essay and poetry. "Les Chats Aussi Partent" was selected as the best film for SETEM academy Film Festival, and had been screened more than 15 festivals across the world and Turkey .
