Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips is a multi-talented, New York based actor, musician and singer. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Known for his work with Story Pirates and the upcoming series, New York Homicide, airing on Oxygen. After his Film & Television studies at St. John's University he went on to study at The William Esper Studio under Bruce McCarty and Suzanne Esper. He has gone onto work with numerous NYC theaters such as Playwrights Horizon and The Gallery Players, where he received a New York Innovative Theater Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. In addition to theater, his television credits include networks like, NBC, Oxygen and Discovery. While continuing to earn more on-screen credits, Justin studies at Lesly Kahn & Co. under Lesly Kahn and several of her colleagues. Off screen, Justin has also accompanied and music directed several NYC cabarets and concerts. You can also hear his voiceover and vocal talents on The Story Pirates Podcast, 2 albums and co-hosting a weekly educational livestream for children.
