Daniel Perez

Daniel Perez is a 1st generation Guatemalan-Mexican American artist. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas by his single mother, grandmother, aunt and older brother. His mother is from Guatemala and his father was born in Dallas, Texas from Mexican and Guatemalen parents. His father is still very much in his life with a great relationship. Initially wanting to pursue modeling, Daniel had actor training in Dallas, Texas and in his first showcase was signed to his first agent. After starring in a few commercials, at the age of 19 he moved to New York City and attended The New School for Drama (Performing Arts). He graduated with his BFA in Dramatic Arts and a Minor in Film Production. After college, Daniel spent another year in New York improving his story-telling as a filmmaker. In the fall of 2019 he moved back to Dallas to pursue work in the community that raised him. Daniel is now a Dallas based actor and filmmaker. Signed with The Linicomn Agency for acting and freelances as a filmmaker.
