Tom Rex

Tom Rex was born and raised in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school, Tom served two years in the U.S. Army at Ft. Hood, Texas, as a Medical Specialist. He then graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Secondary Education. He used his teaching degree to start working at a computer training company where he taught classes on computer software. He furthered his Information Technology career by becoming a software developer and eventually he became manager of application development at Health Network Laboratories in Allentown, PA. In 2012, after spending 10 + years as an IT Manager, Tom and his wife relocated to Naples, FL, for a better lifestyle (and warmer weather). Since arriving in Naples, Tom has trained in theatre and continues to work extensively in local community theatres. He has performed in dramatic and comedic plays as well as musicals, including Footloose and Mary Poppins. His favorite role to date was playing district attorney Frank MacMillan in the production of NUTS. In addition to performing on stage, Tom continues to look to extend his pursuit of acting to television, commercials and film.
