Natvara Hongsuwan known as Som is a Thai actress, a former Thai Disney star. She started acting since she was 10 years old in a Hong Kong's movie called A Fighter's Blue starring Andy Lou and a Thai film called Girlfriends. She was awarded Best Supporting Actress from Thai National Film Award in 2006. She, then, became a Disney host for 12 years. Along the way, she acted in numerous TV series for BBTV known locally as channel 7 in Thailand. After graduation from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand's most prestigious university, where she earned her BA in English literature and political science, she relocated to USA for the following 5 and half years to study at Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theater in Los Angeles and Master of Arts in Western Classics at St. John's College, Santa Fe. Upon graduation in 2017, she moved back to Thailand and founded an acting school called the Cave which she was inspired by Plato's allegory of the cave. She trained numerous top actors and actresses in the country along with coaching acting and workshops for international TV series shot in Thailand such as Viu's Finding the Rainbow and Shadow (not yet released). Natvara Hongsuwan is fluent in Thai and English. She is a freelance actress and spent most of her time besides acting training future generation of actors in Bangkok.
