Zoe Fishpool is an Australian actress, voice actor, director, and writer. Credited for her delightfully contagious energy and natural comedic talent, Zoe has often been referred to as "Australian's Reese Witherspoon". Performing both on stage and on screen, her work includes Major Productions such as Sit, Stay, Love (2021), Chasing Lemons (2022), and a lead role in the British/ Australian Theatre Play - Live in Five (2022), to quote: "Fishpool's performance is the heart and soul of the production" -Bravo Gold Coast Zoe has also produced, directed, written, and starred in Short Films such as Influenced (2020), Ronnie and Sonny (2022), and Baggage (2022). Zoe is a talented Tap Dancer, teaching for over 10 years and drawing inspiration for her work from greats such as Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire. She was born on September 29, 1996, in Subiaco, Western Australia, Australia. Her mother, Melissa Fishpool, is a retired Nurse and her father, Peter Fishpool, works for the Australian Military. She comes from a family of three children, being the middle child of three girls, all three born in different states of Australia due to her father's job. Her family moved from Sydney, Australia to the Gold Coast, Australia when she was five. Zoe grew up performing on stage as a dancer and musical theatre performer from 2002 till 2013, when she graduated high school. Since then, she taught Tap Dancing, her specialty, to various studios across the Gold Coast. Zoe studied Drama in High School and always dreamed of pursuing acting, but it wasn't until 2019 when she was on set for a Television Commercial as a background actor that she truly felt the fire being lit. Struggling to choose between continuing her Full-Time Job in Fundraising and achieving her dream career on screen and on stage, the choice was made for her when the Worldwide Pandemic of Coronavirus hit in early 2020 and she lost her full-time job. Since 2020, Zoe has studied predominately at The Warehouse Workshop Acting Studio in Helensvale, Queensland under the direction of Casting Director Tom McSweeney, and Coaches Philip Holder and Actor/Coach Tim Ross. She graduated from their 30-Week Intensive Showreel Course in 2021 and has since been studying the Eric Morris Method and Ivana Chubbuck method at The Actors Club in Arundel, Queensland under the guidance of Brad McMurray and Ellie Popov.
