Joe Canistro

Born in 1978, lifelong horror movie fan, Joe Canistro, made his acting debut in the 2006 horror/comedy "Grandma's Sloppy Seconds" as a rabid true crime fan with a crime scene obsession. Originally from Leominster, Massachusetts, Canistro is now a Canadian citizen who still makes short films in the great white north. He once sang "Livin' In The City" in the same spot that "Friday The 13th Jason Voorhees" actor Kane Hodder stood when he lifted up his Hockey Mask in "Friday The 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan". Canistro has a voluminous collection of "Friday the 13th" franchise collectibles including numerous pieces signed by Kane Hodder, original novelizations, figure displays, and remnants from various filming locations.
