Pamela Kaval

Pamela Kaval is an award winning filmmaker, writer and actor who loves comedy, drama and horror. She is best known for her short horror dark-comedy film, Mothering Sunday, that has, to date, won 18 awards (as of June 2022); the film focuses on a mother daughter bank robbing team who become serial killers to protect their newfound wealth. Her films, Mothering Sunday and Proud Hooligan, are currently at film festivals. Pamela has written a short film called the Shoebox, a pilot in a miniseries, and is seeking production funding for it. She also has several other screenplays in various stages of development. Prior to filmmaking, Pamela was a Professor focusing on the areas of ecosystem services and sustainability.
