Lynn Asare-Bediako grew up in Wesley Chapel, FL before starting her film career at Boston University. At BU she has served as the 1st Assistant Director, 2nd Assistant Director, and Producer of several student short films. She is also the Head Writer of the BUTV mockumentary series COED. Her work is inspired by real-life scenarios growing up in white suburbia with a single immigrant mother.
