Florida Music Hall of Fame Nominee Yaya Diamond is the daughter of the Queen of High Energy Music Evelyn Thomas who comes from an enriched musical family of Multi-Platinum and Grammy award winners. She has opened, as a solo act and member of The Crashers, an SW Florida Premier band, for various artists such as Mary Mary, appearing on TV programs BET and the Word Network, multiple times, Aaron Nevil, The Former Ladies of The Supremes, Cherry Poppin Daddies, Here comes the Mummies, Rare Earth, Tower of Power, and many more! Her writing and vocal skills have even commanded the attention of the Grammy Board, getting her 8 Grammy ballot Nominations for collaboration with Walter "Clyde" Orange of "The Commodores" and child activist Craig Deanto, 1 for her collaboration with Raymond Barton for her 2020 song "Love in your eyes", and a collaboration with former Lead Singer of the group Inner Circle, Carlton Coffie, "Everything will be Alright". She has toured with the Former Lead Singer of The Temptations, Mr. Glenn Leonard, singing lead and background vocals for Glenn Leonard Presents Hitsville Live Show, as well as heading up her own live shows, The Beautiful Tour. She is also 2021's Lit awards best R&B vocalist and has Multiple Billboard recognition awards. Yaya has also produced and directed multiple shows for her company. She has interviewed Anthony Hamilton, Tommy Chong, Tito Jackson, Ernest Owens, Marvin Dexter Moore, Shirley Murdock, Shug Jackson, Mopreme, and many more top celebrities. She has also appeared as herself in an upcoming indie film for 2022. She has also stared in The Promise as Mary the Mother of Jesus, Life without you, St. Louis Toodle-OO, and The turning point.
