Born in Omaha, Nebraska in 1952, Francis would debut in the AWA as "Frank Hill" in 1973, he would spend years traveling the territories, including Mid-South and World Class (Texas) wrestling, using several wrestling monikers including Chief Jules Strongbow. In WWF, he would be paired with his "brother" Jay Strongbow and capture the tag team titles. He retired in 2001.
