Melissa Chick

Melissa Lauren (Scott) Chick was born July 20, 1983, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Mark Scott and Robin (Crabtree) Underwood and has one sister, Kristi Scott. She is of Scottish, English, Norwegian, and Native American descent. Her parents divorced when she was six and both remarried, giving her a large extended family of stepparents, brothers, and sisters. Melissa is married to her wife, Liz Chick, and has one daughter, Peyton Scott. Melissa Chick is an American actor and model just breaking out on to the scene. She moved from Memphis to Dallas, Texas when she was three and has spent her entire life in the DFW area. At the age of nineteen, Melissa had a daughter and chose to put her acting career on pause and focus all her attention on being a mother. After nineteen years and one beautiful adult daughter coming of age, she has reignited her passion and is pursuing her dreams. In her younger years, Melissa dabbled in modeling with the Kim Dawson Agency, did several shoots with local photographers, worked as a promotional model, and was in a couple television shows. Currently, she continues in her career working in commercial print and commercials, has worked on a Lifetime movie, and most recently landed a supporting lead role in the film, "My Dear", produced by Greg Ellis.
