An athlete with a passion for mountain biking, running, climbing, and snowboarding. I'm also an adventure filmmaker and photographer with extensive coverage of Mount Everest and Himalayas. I was part of the tragic 2019 expedition to Mount Everest and a photo I took from this expedition went viral gaining worldwide attention to the crisis of over trafficking on the mountain. I shot a short documentary, 'Everest, The Mountain That Changed My Life' which has been viewed by 4.3 million people on YouTube to date. I was featured as the main subject for a CNA-produced documentary about Everest which recently aired on National Geographic called, 'A Deadly Ascent.' In May 2022, Al Jazeera released 'Kashmir: Skiing in a Conflict Zone,' a documentary about skiing in Kashmir on which I acted as on-camera host, 2nd DP, and co-director and co-producer. Google Maps honored me as one of their Top Photographers of 2021 achieving over 1.5 million views of my stock photos. The international sporting eye wear brand, SunGod sponsored me as a sports model and Ambassador in 2020, and I was recently signed by GoPro, Suunto, and Scott Sports India as their global Athletic Ambassador. In May 2022, I was invited as a speaker at TedX NIT Srinagar speaking on the topic of, 'Reaching the Heights Within.' I am in post-production on a documentary film that highlights my Everest and Himalayas expeditions with a focus on mental health wellness to be released globally by Winter 2022.
