Carla Saavedra

Carla is a Colombian-American actress and creative originally from Cali, Colombia and raised in Miami, Florida. From an early age she had passion for storytelling, in particular through the written and spoken word. She grew up performing in school plays and community theater productions, ultimately leading her to pursue a dual degree in Theater Arts and Journalism from the University of Miami, where she participated in several award winning student films and local theater productions. She is also fluent in Spanish and English, as well as proficient and conversational in French after residing in Paris for 2 years to pursue post-graduate studies. Deeply in love with travel and the experience of diving into different cultures, one of her biggest goals within her career as an actor, is to be able to use her multi-lingual talents to tell a diverse range of relatable stories.
