Dorell Green

Dorell is a Colorado based stand up comedian and writer. His life experience as a cop and military officer along with his families battles with life threatening cancer are the nucleus of his material that has made him a local favorite. Born in Tucson Arizona, into a military family, Dorell was able to see the world. As an only child his imagination was his best companion. In 1983 he would move to Widefield Colorado and remain there throughout his childhood. He played football and baseball at the University of Northern Colorado. Upon graduation he became a Police Officer and went into the Air Force Reserves as an Officer. After watching his wife and daughter battle life threatening cancers, and upon their urging, he went into stand up comedy. He quickly became a local favorite.
