John Klicka

A newcomer to independent film, John Klicka is the youngest of seven homeschooled children. The ham of the family, John has always loved to act and entertain others and has been on stage and television with his family since he was about four. John was on the set of HERO, his film debut, in the fall of 2009 when his dad, homeschooling legal advocate and pioneer Christopher J. Klicka took critically ill after a 15-year battle with MS. John's dad passed away shortly after filming for HERO ended, but John's love for acting has continued. In 2010, John played the lead role of Young Kurt in For the Glory, based on the true story of US Olympian Kurt Kuykendall, scheduled for release in 2011.
