Dave Seré

Born in Hasselt, Belgium, Europe in the year 1977 it became clear at a very young age that had a lot of fantasy. Before he attended graduate film academy, he started in college to get a teacher degree. After film academy he also got a graduate degree in public relations and a bachelor in communications. His professional film career started as a multi-cam cameraman and after just a couple of months he directed his first live show. In 2005 his Belgian company Life Entertainment Group was specialized in multi-cam, live TV shows and music concerts. In the years after, he rediscovered his passion for camera and lights and became a DP / director and worked together with Bradley Boatman (LA, USA), known from the A-team, Airwolf, etc. in 2010, Cinéarte (a new company) was founded and just after a couple of years they produced more than 500 productions, from ads, TV and doc's to fiction. In 2012 Cinéarte took it's first steps into international film and produced and worked creatively on the trailers, communications and marketing of several Hollywood productions (Devils Double, Meant to Be, etc). In 2017 a fresh reboot, Cinéarte studios and Motion Jester Films came to life, both internationally connected film companies with the aspiration of producing national and international motion pictures. Dave is a partner and the artistic director of both companies. Besides his career in film, Dave is also a Senior lecturer and researcher at University Colleges Leuven Limburg where he teaches film, photography, graphics design, corporate identity to Business Management students in the Marketing.
