Corjan is a Dutch entrepreneur with a love for historical mysteries. He is the founder and frontman of multi-award winning indie pop act Stage Republic. His musical career started in 2005 when he launched a single on a USB-Stick which was a revolutionary idea at the time. He showed his sense of innovation again when in 2010 he released his "Mystery Pop" album containing songs inspired by popular mystery books, endorsed and co-promoted by a number of A-list authors including NY-Times bestsellers Glenn Cooper and Kathleen McGowan. The idea delivered him a Eurosonic Interactive Artist Award nomination and rocketing sales. As a result Corjan made his acting debut in the British horror movie the Stone for which he also wrote the soundtrack. The movie won the award for "Best Foreign Film" on the mountain film festival of California. Corjan had multiple music and entertainment award wins and nominations in the United States between 2014 and 2016 for his acclaimed Stage Republic debut album "Firstage". He was twice nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Award. In 2019 Corjan switched musical genres, releasing 9 Dance collaborations with upcoming DJ/Producers on Spinnin' Records and Armada, 2 of the world's biggest Electronic Music labels. As a longtime researcher of the mystery of Rennes-le-Château, Corjan hosted the Rennessence podcast with Philip Coppens and Andrew Gough. He participated in several documentaries on the historical mystery subjects including Forbidden History alongside Jamie Theakston and The Curse of Oak Island.
