Director, Cinematographer and award-winning filmmaker known for his distinct visual style. As a proud descendant of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation, James's work is inspired by Native American perspectives, ethnography, folklore and our relationship within the natural world. As a modern day storyteller, James often shoots and directs many of his films to further communicate his visual interpretations through emotional imagery, recreations and mixed-media. .
