Laci has loved acting her whole life, but it wasn't until her mother wrote and self-published a book of poetry at the age of 55 that she knew her dream of being a star was possible. As a child, she always felt at home on stage. She wrote and performed in several of her school's productions. As a teenager, she ventured into modeling and walked in such notable shows as the Bronner Brother's Hair Show in Atlanta, GA and appeared in a Zatarain's Food Company Commercial. Her focus shifted after high school and she moved to Houston, TX where she began a typical college life complete with cheerleading, sorority life, student government, and study abroad. Intent on pursuing a career in the financial sector, she indulged fully in academic life and left acting behind. She couldn't stay away from her passion too long, though. She began to feel that she could only truly be happy as a performer, so she packed her bags and moved back home, to New Orleans, where the film industry was coincidentally booming. Laci can be seen in the upcoming film God's Not Dead where she played opposite Dean Cain.
