Rachel M. Taylor

Rachel M. Taylor is a director, writer, and producer. She's based in Memphis, TN where she works with Piano Man Pictures, a film collective that operates as an incubator for local filmmakers and artists. She's best know for her award-winning shorts "Avarice" and "Solus." Both shorts are dark fantasies that demonstrate that special effects, fantasy landscapes and otherworldly concepts can be as useful for an independent filmmaker exploring inner states of mind as for a studio director making a blockbuster.
