Adriano Lírio

Upon graduation from NEPTEC and the Federal University of Bahia, Adriano began his career as a stage director, directing theater and music performances for four years in the Brazilian state of Bahia. Upon relocating to Rio de Janeiro, he served as a producer and director of commercials for regional television and features for cinema. In 1999, he directed his first short film, Ponto de Encontro, which premiered at the Rio Jovem Artista'99. His next project, Será Que Eu Vi? had a successful premiere at the XVIII International Cinema Festival of Uruguay. Since 2001 works with some important production in Brazil.
