Khijir Hayat Khan

BIO of Khijir Hayat Khan: Khijir Hayat Khan is a passionate filmmaker and Actor who was born and raised in Comilla, Bangladesh. He went to Sylhet Cadet College for his high school and was in the national merit list both in SSC (7th) and HSC(11th). He received his Bachelors in Arts degree from Hamline University, St.Paul, USA majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies and with a minor in Communication. He has a masters from Simon Fraser University (Center for Digital Media), Vancouver, Canada on Digital Filmmaking. He has multiple years of experiences in filmmaking and creative direction. He has directed two feature films in Bangladesh. His first feature film was " ASTITTEY AMAR DESH " was Based on the life of one of the most Gallantry hero Flight Lt. Bir Shreshtho Matiur Rahman released in 26th March, 2007. His second film is "JAAGO" which was the first sports film of Bangladesh and went to silver screen on 16th December 2010. He has also directed documentaries and multiple TV commercials. Currently he is working on his 3rd feature film named "Ora 7 Jon" as a Director / Writer / Actor. He is the Owner of KHK Productions a dynamic multimedia production house in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He believes a time is not far off when the film industry of Bangladesh will get back its lost glorious days. He wants to be a front runner in that road ahead to fight back.
