Anton Michael Rocke is a powerfully moving British-trained Canadian actor. His globally diverse background of Spanish, Chinese, English and Afro-Caribbean features took him from the Canadian prairies to Europe where he modeled for Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani. He transitioned naturally into acting, training at London's prestigious Actor's Centre. Anton first started his training in 2007 at the Method Studio and the City Literary Institute (London, England) and in 2009 was selected to study at London's outstanding Actor's Centre under the finely tuned eye of Nathan Osgood (Mission Impossible). After he finished his training, he co-starred with Philip Philmar (Pirates of the Caribbean; Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street) in Role Play at the King's Head Theatre (London, England). He completed 4 short films in 2010 and received critical acclaim for his first feature film, PLUS in 2011, playing a husband desperate to get child custody from his estranged physician-wife, who herself, was secretly and dangerously playing with science. He was also featured in a film of double identities, A Separate Life (2011), directed by Korean director Mike Na as well as the provocative government thriller State of Progress (2011), directed by Canadian director, Jay Moro. This globally diverse, up-and-coming, enigmatic and captivating lead actor has a worldly look and a charismatic charm. His creative inspiration comes from both the incredible people who have touched him and the emotionally-moving situations he has had in his life.
