Pedro Lacerda

Pedro Lacerda was born in Cologne, Germany in 1988. In 2005, he studied Black and White Photography in "La Toma Talleres", Santiago, Chile. In 2007, he started studying Audiovisual Communication: Film, Television and Screenwriting at the University of Arts, Sciences and Communication, UNIACC, also in Santiago, Chile. In 2009, he took specific films courses in FAAP University, and also the courses of Audiovisual, Arts and Music of the ECA-USP, both in Sao Paulo, Brazil. His works have been screened at the 10th FILE - International Festival of Electronic Language (São Paulo, 2009), has won second place for two consecutive years in the video art and music contest InNova Música (Andorra la Vella, 2009-2010), were featured in the short film competition at SANFIC7 - Santiago International Film Festival (Santiago de Chile, 2011) and in the 25th Images Festival (Toronto, 2012). He has participated in several group exhibitions as well as in art and film festivals.
