Lucy Bolton is Senior Lecturer in Film Studies at Queen Mary, University of London. She has written a number of books and articles on Film Philosophy and has appeared on television and radio. She is particularly interested in philosophy and phenomenology, film stardom and performance, cinema as jurisprudence, and the theology of cinema, and has been invited to speak at a number of national and international conferences. Prior to her PhD she practised as a Barrister in London.
