Blanca Lista has over twenty years of experience in the film and television industry. She Co-Produced Netflix's Academy Award®, Golden Globe®, BAFTA, Annie and PGA winning film 'Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio'; won a Primetime Emmy® for Netflix's 'The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance' as Co-Executive Producer. She is the lead Producer on the Sky Cinema / Stan / MGM+ film 'The Portable Door' starring Christoph Waltz and Sam Neill; and is Co-Producer in the upcoming Disney family film 'Alexander' starring Eva Longoria and George Lopez. Blanca worked as a Production Executive on 'The Star' with Sony Pictures Animation and Disney's 'Alexander the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day'. Earlier in her career, Blanca worked in production with The Jim Henson Company, Warner Bros. Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way, and Baz Luhrmann's Bazmark. As a producer and executive, Blanca oversaw story development, production, and post-production. Her principal skills are discovering and nurturing creative talents; breaking and developing stories for the screen; creating and packaging high quality teams of creatives; finding and partnering with financiers and studios; and controlling considerable budgets to successfully lead highly acclaimed productions. Blanca is a rare breed producer. One who lives the life of the production from inception to release. She is an extremely creative tastemaker who has the passion, determination, tenacity, and attention to detail that bring her and her team's creative visions into reality. She is a virtuous, loyal and incredible dreamer, who strives every day to make her and her team's dreams come to life. Blanca has built her extensive career and has grown immensely in experience and wisdom while wearing many different hats as a producer and executive. Her work and life philosophy is truly an 'all in' model of producing in every stage of the creative process. A role and life outlook that has led her to develop a wide and diverse network of creatives, agents, managers and executives that hold her in the highest of regards. Her international upbringing and focus gave her native fluency in English, Spanish and French and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese which has lent her to champion many international filmmaking opportunities and partnerships from around the globe, working modularly in seeking the production models to best fit each individual project.
