Rachel Reid

Rachel was born in London, England and moved to Australia with her family in the mid 80's. An enthusiastic writer and performer from a young age, Rachel storyboarded her first film at the age of 9 and regularly staged performances for family and friends which she'd co-write, direct and act in alongside her siblings. Throughout her teens and early adult years, Rachel studied screen acting and theatre at various institutes in Australia, as well as acting minor roles and background work for film and television. She and sister Ruth co-wrote their first feature film length screenplay in 2007 and have since written several other original screenplays. The ambitious duo relocated to London in 2008 to further pursue their writing and acting careers.
