Michael Pharis is a Fort Smith, Arkansas based independent filmmaker. Michael made his feature directorial debut with "Cabin at Crescent Peak" in 2009, and followed that up with "Radio Kings" (2011), "Some Stay Strong" (2012), and "Words Can Wait" (2013). Development, production, and completion of "The Rock of Gibraltar" consumed the following six years while he completed his doctorate in physical therapy and attained his specialty in neurology in physical therapy. Michael enjoys working in the inpatient-rehab setting as a physical therapist, and pursuing his creative passion of writing and directing screenplays and feature films, and composing music and songs.
