Christopher Brown, also known as 'Browzan' was born and raised in Brighton, England in 1988. His family are of English, Irish & Austrian descent. In 2007 he moved to London to study Film and Television production. Graduating in 2010, he interned at Vertigo Films, then subsequently put together a string of short films. 'Going Under' (as producer) premiered at BFI London Film Festival 2013 - funded by Film London. 2015, he moved into music videos, working with lo-fi Parisien punk bands - screening his work with Vice (Noisey) in France. This lead him to work with legendary cult band The Brian Jonestown Massacre on their 2015 EP: 'mini album thingy wingy'. His video for 'Pish' featured on FIP, VIVA & MTV Germany. After 5 years living in Hackney, Christopher moved to Berlin in 2016. That year he directed a music documentary featuring Michael Rother (NEU! Kraftwerk, Harmonia) which premiered on Quietus magazine. His great uncle 'Snowy' Fleet was drummer in the 1960s Australian rock band The Easybeats. 2017, Chris moved back to London and has been working in the advertisement world, working regularly with Saatchi & Saatchi et al. 2021, he released his debut poetry collection 'Quest for Ions', featuring in the Yorkshire Times and available at Waterstones, UK.
