Jacquie Wright is an actress with a unique background, having served 6 years in the Navy before pursuing an acting career, which allows her to provide a grounded approach to her roles. Jacquie caught the acting bug at the age of 6 when she stole the show as the Pharaoh of Egypt in a church play. She then went on to pursue theater performance at Arcadia University for a year before enlisting in the military, where she served in Naval Intelligence as a linguist for the NSA. After voluntarily separating under honorable conditions, Jacquie continued her acting training with First Take Studios, as well as acclaimed LA Casting Director Matt Barry where she learned on-camera technique, script analysis, and scene study. Over the course of her career, Jacquie has played a wide variety of roles, including a cheating ex-girlfriend, a hardcore Special Forces operator, a psychotic felon, and even the incarnation of Satan. With her unique set of skills and talents, such as tactical weapons training, krav maga and stage combat, scuba diving, horseback riding, ballroom dancing, and experience with trained protection dogs, she is able to bring her characters to life with great authenticity, while keeping a relaxed, positive attitude on set (peppered with timely That's What She Said jokes).
