Gordon River a.k.a. Gordy River born Gordon Woloson from Laguna Beach got bit by the acting bug shortly after high school when he took his first class at UCI. Soon after he did small local plays before leaving to go to Laguna College of Art and Design and majored in Fine Arts and then Graphic design. He took an internship at Maranatha Recording Label and designed CD covers and posters for Christian bands. He later moved to Bend Oregon and while living on the De Chuttes River he adopted the stage name River. He worked again doing graphic and web design. He pursued acting again at the 2nd Street theater and starred in a play called Wings. It was in Oregon where he made the life decision to pursue acting forever. He left Oregon to pursue acting again and moved back to Laguna Beach. When he came back he enrolled in Larry Moss's EdgeMar Studio in Santo Monica and trained there for a year, then at South Coast Repitory in Costa Mesa for a summer and then Stage combat at the Costa Mesa local college while supporting himself doing Koi fish health.
