Filmmaker and commercial director. He directed and co-wrote the short film, Palimpsest, which premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, where it won a Special Jury Award. A year after his short documentary, Brooklyn Farmer, screened at the 2014 San Sebastian Film Festival as part of the Culinary Zinema section, presented in conjunction with the Berlinale and his third short, Actor Seeks Role, won the Grand Jury Prize at the 2015 Independent Film Festival Boston (IFFBoston) and was selected by The New Yorker as part of their Screening Room series. His debut feature film, The Sound of Silence, was selected for IFP's Emerging Storytellers Program and the Screenwriting Lab at the Hamptons International Film Festival and premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival in U.S. Dramatic Competition. His work as a commercial director includes campaigns for Google, Target, Microsoft, Verizon, L'Oreal and GE.
