Erin Erler is a self taught cake artist. She started her own nut free custom cake shop in Haverhill, MA, in 2010. Due to her son's food allergies to tree nuts and peanuts, she learned to make safe birthday cakes for her own children as they were growing up. This then extended to family and friends and then into her own shop. Erin has been on eleven Food Network competitions including Food Network Challenge, Sugar Dome, Cake Wars, Halloween Wars, Winner Cake All, The Big Bake, Macy's Thanksgiving Cake Spectacular, Food Network Challenge reboot, Buddy vs Duff and Holiday Wars. She has been featured in People Magazine for her edible artwork made for Conan O'Brien and the cast of Sons of Anarchy. Erin has also made cakes for the Boston Red Sox when they won the World Series in 2013, the Boston Bruins when they won the Stanley Cup in 2011, as well as working with all the Boston sports teams charities. She has made cakes for music artists such as Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Zach Brown Band, Brett Eldredge, Rascall Flatts, Florida Georgia Line, Brett Michaels, and many more. Erin has also made cakes for a variety of films, some including Adam Sandler and his film "Grownups Two", and Seth McFarlane and his film "Ted".
