Corey Kaloostian was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. After graduating high school and attending community college Corey moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of a career in Film & Television. He started his training with Fran Montano at the Actors Workout Studio, completing the one year Meisner / Method course. Next Corey found the Ruskin Group Theater in Santa Monica and started the two year Meisner training. Studying directly under Founder / Director John Ruskin and Associate Director Michael Myers. At RGT Corey also had the opportunity to work with teachers including Robert Forster, David Mamet, Dylan McDermott, Bruce Davidson, Risa Bramon Garcia and Tony Bill. After graduating from the RGT Meisner Program, Corey was a fixture at the monthly Ruskin Theater Cafe Plays. His film credits include the lead in the Independent Horror Feature "The Four", also supporting roles in the Comedy Feature "Tell Me I Love You' and Crime Drama "A Broken Code". He has worked on notable TV shows such as "Greys Anatomy' and appeared as Det. Fred Tallman in Season 2 of "Betrayed" on ID Network. Corey has extensive experience commercially working on campaigns for Infiniti, Buchanan's Whiskey, East West Bank, Westfield Malls and Famsa. He also contributed with artists 'The Hip Abduction' on numerous music videos as well as country artist James Manning. Short Film experience includes Executive Producer / Actor in "Chasing Hits' and appearing in "The Vigilante". Corey currently lives in Santa Monica and enjoys surfing, yoga and motorcycle riding during his free time. A self proclaimed cinephile he commonly visits vintage theaters The New Beverly, The Aero and The Nuart to pursue his ongoing passion for film. Other passions include art at LACMA, The Getty and Hammer Museum. He also is a regular at music venues The Hollywood Bowl, The Wiltern and anywhere live music is offered.
