Brian McAfee

Brian was born and grew up in Pensacola, Florida. He attended BT Washington High School. His first exposure to Anime was Robotech, and he would remain devoted to that series for the rest of his life. After graduating High School he got into the historical reenactment group Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) where he met his wife, Stephanie, who completely encouraged his anime and Robotech addiction. In 1996 he joined the US Air Force and has been flying as a C-130 Loadmaster ever since. In 1998 his daughter Samantha was born and it didn't take long to get her addicted to Robotech and anime as well. In 2005, Stephanie encouraged him to attend Robotech's 20th Anniversary celebration held at Anime Expo, where he met several of the voice actors from the series and many of the crew at Harmony Gold. He has kept in contact with several of them over the years. Presently he is still serving on active duty with the Air Force, working on his Masters degree, spending as much time as possible with his wife and daughter (not easy with the Air Force life style) and keeping in contact with his friends at Harmony Gold, who occasionally let him help out in some minor way with a few projects from time to time.
