Richard Hajdú is a Hungarian film & theater writer/director. He has been making films since 2007. In 2013, he completed his first feature film Eva and Noah and founded Perseverance Enterprises (which comprises of Perseverance Films & Perseverance Publishing). His short film S won Prix du Public (Competition Labo) and Mention Spéciale du Jury Labo at the 2015 Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. His feature film script Black As Mud was invited to participate in the Authors-Producers Meetings organized by Maison des Scénaristes at the 2016 Cannes International Film Festival and his short film script Crossing, dealing with the European migration crisis, to the 2017 Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. To date, he has published five books. He lives in London. In 2015, Perseverance Enterprises changed its name to Richard Hajdú Studios.
