Ana Rieper

Documentarian with studies in Geography, Anthropology, and Cinema. Her films address social issues through musical narratives. She is the director and screenwriter of the feature films "I'll Raffle My Heart" (2012), "In the Vein of Rio" (2003), "Clementina" (2018), "Nothing Will Be Like Before – The Music of the Corner Club" (2024), and "Paradise" (2024); the medium-length film "Sissi"; and the short films "Saara," "Veluda," and "They Killed My Cat." Massa Funkeira is her seventh feature film.
