Asher Jordan

Born in Seattle, WA, Asher began working as an actor at age 13. His performances in and around Seattle include work at Seattle Public Theater, Renton Civic Theater, Historic Everett Theater, Phoenix Theater, Historic University Theater, Stone Soup Theater, Seattle Playwrights Collective, Young Americans Theater Company, and various independent film credits. In 2009, Asher was nominated for a Broadwayworld.com award (Best Leading Actor in a Musical) for his performance of The Cat in the Hat (Seussical), and earned praise from a Seattle theater critic: "Jordan as Freddy was a sight to behold. He gave Norbert Leo Butz (the original Freddy) a run for his money. Great voice, great comic timing, great everything. A totally compelling performance. You just wanted to watch him and see what he came up with next" (Jay Irwin). Asher now lives in New York City, studying acting in the Meisner Studio at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
