Position: Outside Back Born: 6/6/1988 Physical: 1.86m, 96kg (6'1", 212lb) Test Debut: v Ireland at New Plymouth 12 June 2010 WITH TALENT to burn, Israel Dagg has a stunning sidestep, a safe pair of hands under the high ball and a powerful kicking boot that regularly carves off metres of territory. Dagg became a regular for the All Blacks following RWC 2011 - in which he played a key role with five appearances and five tries. Injuries limited his rugby in 2014 and 20125 but after a long layoff, he returned in great form for the Crusaders in 2016 and forced his way back into the All Blacks. Dagg's All Blacks debut in 2010 followed a remarkable national representative career that included New Zealand Schools in 2006, Under 19 in 2007 and the All Blacks Sevens in 2007-08. Dagg has the second-most starts at fullback on the All Blacks all-time list, behind RWC 2011-winner Mils Muliaina (83). Dagg was first selected for Hawke's Bay while a teenager at secondary school.
