Matthew Doell

Matthew Doell comes from a writing background. He was a copywriter for many years before becoming a successful commercial scriptwriter in 2009. He began directing commercials in 2011, the same year he received a graduate degree in screenwriting from ACT ONE in Hollywood, CA. His commercial writing credits include companies like Guitar Center, Miller Lite, ESPN Fantasy Baseball and Goodwill, among others. He continues to work for ad agencies and production companies from Los Angeles to Pittsburg. In addition to writing and directing, he is also an actor. He has participated in local theater since his childhood in both San Diego and Sonoma, California. As an adult, most of his acting credits are in commercials. Expect IMDB to begin to reflect more entertainment credits as this young film maker's work begins to surface mainstream and he crosses over from commercial to film.
