Charles Vick Duncan is about as outlaw and rebel as you get. He's somewhat of a cult figure around the Albuquerque arts and indie movie scene having written, directed and produced flicks such as "Nazi Apocalypse" and more recently "Revenge Of Bathsalts: A Manson Musical" that premiered at Albuquerque's own Guild Cinema. What makes him stand out is the fact that he's done all of this often in the face of adversity, growing up gutter punk and having been homeless in the last few years. But has that deterred him? Hasn't phased him. In addition to all this he's also produced a graphic novel and over a thousand unique pieces of art in the last ten years.
