Petong Sakulchai was born in Bangkok, Thailand. He attended and studied multimedia design at the Raffels Design Institute for bachelor degree. After he graduated, he soon followed his passion for filmmaking and move to United State, attended New York Film Academy for his Master degree in filmmaking. Due to his film festival success with multiple awards on screenwriting and directing with his short films and screenplays, he moved back to Thailand and now working at TV Pool as the head of film production department.
